It is a suspiciously good grasp of his motives and emotions, for a Shadow. "What is this, therapy hour? You know the sort of thing. You don't need me to tell you."

She laughed. "I guess I do. I've been there a few times, the first time I killed someone, the first time I killed in the real world, when I took care of my mother's killer." She sighed, then smiled at him. "I don't mean to turn it into therapy hour. I'm just, fond of you. I like how you are. Before you say anything, no it's not because you look like my brother."

Huh. That one actually stirs some anger from him. "Don't stuff me up with that bullshit, Glitch. I can still shred you into bits and leave you for the Maras."

She grinned, then dramatically flopped on the ground. "Oh no what ever will I do." She took a bit to laugh. "I know, you don't need to remind me."

He glares, as an Eigaon flies above her head to impact on some unfortunate tubes hanging down the wall. He still doesn't care to be laughed at.

"Okay, okay, I get it." She tilted her head. "I was laughing at my own joke." She relaxed more on the ground. She closed her eyes for a moment. "I get that you probably think I'm a nuisance or annoying. That doesn't mean I'm going to hide how I feel."

Settling back into his own curious emptiness, the Shadow again sounds out the strange warm star inside him. It doesn't seem amenable to crushing, and he doesn't care to try. "Whatever."

Not an answer she didn't expect. "What are you doing?" She asked curious. He went back to how he was before. "Is it him again?"
